Hahn Loeser & Parks Welcomes Jacob Hailperin-Lausch ’17
Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that has joined the firm鈥檚 Cleveland office as an associate attorney. Hailperin-Lausch represents businesses of all sizes, on a broad range of matters, including business operations, construction, real estate, telecommunications, private equity, and corporate transactions.
Hailperin-Lausch represents clients in state and federal litigation and counsels companies through every stage of the business lifecycle, as well as each phase of a transaction. His experience spans all stages of real estate and development projects, including site acquisition, due diligence, land use and zoning, construction, financing, leasing, and disposition. He also has significant experience negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, leases, easements, loan documents, and other essential transactional documents.
A member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Hailperin-Lausch recently graduated from the CMBA鈥檚 Leadership Academy and serves on its Character and Fitness Committee. He also serves on boards for the City of Mentor (Building and Zoning Appeals), the Bradenwood Homeowners Association and Little Mountain Animal Sanctuary.
